Dana C. Huebner

Dana C. Huebner joined the firm in October 2026, after five years of experience practicing locally at well-established firms in The Woodlands, Texas. Her primary areas of practice include civil litigation and transactions, with a concentration in real estate. She routinely advises clients on a wide variety of matters, including corporate, regulatory and compliance issues. She is involved in the firm’s trial practice, including all phases of litigation, arbitration and injunction proceedings, and supports the firm’s corporate law practice.

Dana earned her Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas in 2021, graduating in the top third of her class. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Houston, graduating Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Prior to entering law school, Dana worked as a landman with ConocoPhillips, negotiating land contracts and collaborating with geologists, engineers and legal teams on development strategies across East Texas, South Texas and the Eagle Ford.
